• Preparing monthly & weekly blood tubes & forms for pathology.

• Meeting monthly with your patient to discuss blood results & update their medication list.

• Organising patient holidays & appointments.

• Updating Nursing & Vascular Access History charts.

• Reading the monthly clinic reviews & ensure changes are actioned.

• Routinely cleaning-out patients folders (e.g.: file the excess).

• Action new patient guidelines for primary patients.

• Ensuring Iron studies are done monthly for 6 months (new patients).

• Updating ANZData.

• Completing OMS/Waterlow every 3 months (Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec).

• Making sure Vascular Access flow studies are performed monthly.
